Bethel Korean Church
Project Description:
The Bethel Korean Church is a new facility located on a 6.4 acre wooded site within an established residential neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina. The site development was focused on preserving as much of the natural character of the property as possible in an effort to minimize the project’s impact on the surrounding neighborhood. The resulting site amenities include an existing beaver pond, existing old growth trees, and a park-like trail that meanders through the trees along the entire front edge of the property.
Scope:
The floor plan layout consist of three main elements; the Sanctuary, the Fellowship Hall, and a Classroom Wing; all of which are organized around a central entrance lobby. The completed facility is approximately 12,000 square feet and includes the following spaces:
